What is MouseMapper Travel?

MouseMapper™ Travel is premier online travel planning agency dedicated to arranging accessible theme-park destinations vacations for guests living with disabilities. Our agency was founded in 2021 by Andrew Cannata, a CLIA-registered travel agent and theme-park aficionado. All our services are available to our clients completely free of charge

Which travel destinations do you support?

Our primary expertise lies in booking and planning vacations to Disney and Universal Resort Destinations, including: the Walt Disney World Resort® in Central Florida, the Disneyland® Resort in Southern California, the Universal Orlando Resort, and Universal Studios Hollywood. The majority of our bookings are for clients travelling to these areas.

That said, we are also more than happy to work with clients to book a variety of other travel packages. We are able to book with a broad range of vacation sellers, including most major cruise lines and hotel companies. What planning services do you offer?

MouseMapper™ Travel  is a full-service agency that offers a wide array of services, all of which are absolutely FREE. Firstly, we get to know you and your family so that we can build a customised travel quote and map out a vacation itinerary that perfectly matches your travel goals, vacationing style, budgets, and individualised needs. 

Once you have approved a travel quote and itinerary, we handle all the complexities of booking your accommodations, theme-park tickets, and in-area transportation (where applicable). Your assigned MouseMapper™ Travel Agent with work directly with your vacation supplier to provide a seamless and stress-free planning experience for you. We will available throughout your planning journey to answer any questions, offer advice, send payment reminders, and make any modifications.

Your assigned MouseMapper™ Travel Agent will also collaborate closely with any guests with disabilities in your party to ensure that they understand all their options for accessible and supports offered at your vacation destination. We are also happy to book and coordinate stroller, wheelchair, and EVC rentals, as needed. 

For clients traveling to Disney® or Universal Resort Destinations, we also handle the hassle of booking of any desired advanced dining and experience reservations. We can also discuss strategies for maximising your time in the theme parks and getting the most out of vacation add-ons, such as Universal Express™ Pass or Disney® Park Hopper tickets. 

How are you able to offer services for free?

Many agencies, including MouseMapper™ Travel, are able to offer our planning services at no cost to our clients because we earn commissions from the vacation sellers themselves, such as Disney, Universal, etc. So, when clients book through our agency, we receive a small percentage of those sales, and that financial support enables us to offer our advice and services free of charge. 

How does payment work?

After you approve a personalised travel quote and are ready to make a deposit on your vacation package, you will be asked to enter your payment information into our secure CRM software, called Travel+. No one aside from your assigned MouseMapper™ Travel Agent will have access to any information that you provide. 

Once we receive those payment details, we will make your deposit directly with the vacation seller. For example, if you are booking a vacation package at the Universal Orlando Resort, the charge on your credit card will come directly from Universal. Charges will always come from the vacation provider, and we will never ask you to pay any money to us.

All future payments will be made in the same manner until the vacation has been paid in full. Throughout your vacation planning adventure, we will stay in contact and remind you in advance of any upcoming payment deadlines. Your payment method will never be charged without your express consent.

What are your refund policies?

Charges for any vacation packages and experiences that you book through MouseMapper™ Travel will always come directly from the vacation provider directly. For example, if we order Disneyland® tickets on your behalf, the charge on your credit card will come directly from Disney®. We never handle or access any of the money that you pay to vacation providers. As such, refund and cancellation policies are determined by those corporations at their sole discretion. However, we will explain those cancellation policies to our clients to ensure their understanding and agreement at the time of booking. 

Why do my travel documents mention "MainStreet Travel"?

MouseMapper™ Travel and its agent operate independently under the umbrella of a larger agency, called MainStreet Travel. In exchange for a percentage of our commissions, MainStreet Travel provides our agents with access to valuable training and credentialing, booking tools, and other resources. If the product or experience that you purchased was booked by us through MainStreet Travel, that name may appear on your travel documents. Rest assured that this will not affect either your planning or travel experience.
